We target common household pests including cockroaches, silverfish, spiders and ants.
Flea Treatments
Using a specifically formulated solution for fleas, this service includes a surface and infestation assessment and a pest management program specially tailored by our technician. This is designed to eradicate and/or prevent flea infestations and is an essential requirement of most rental properties on exit if an animal was present during the tenancy. Suitable for both domestic and commercial application.
Fabric Upholstery Cleaning
This service includes stain assessment and treatment, vacuum, full clean (including all cushions and sides) and deodorise. Hot water extraction or encapsulation can be used, depending on type of fabric. Suitable for domestic and commercial application.
*Note: This service is not appropriate for cleaning leather.
Rodent Management
This service includes a property investigation and a management program specifically tailored by our technician. This is designed to eradicate and/or prevent rodent inhabitancy. Suitable for both domestic and commercial application.
Tile/Grout Cleaning
This service includes a tile assessment, treatment to tiles and grout with a specific tile and grout solution, to aid in removing dirt. This solution is allowed to rest for 15 minutes. The tiles are then scrubbed with a brush to release the dirt before steam cleaning, using the hot water extraction method and a tile spinner. Unlike high pressure washing, this method does not use or leave any excess water during or after the clean. Suitable for both domestic and commercial application.
Carpet Steam Cleaning
Hot Water Extraction/Steam Clean: This service includes a carpet cleaning assessment, vacuum, stain treatment, clean and deodorise. Using a combination of steam/water pressure and shampoo products, the Rage Truck Mount heats the water up to 120°C effectively killing bacteria and extracting any stains and dirt. Suitable for both domestic and commercial application.
Odour Control
This service is designed to treat odours on carpet, tiles and upholstery e.g. – pet or food odours. A variety of methods can be used for this treatment, including enzyme deodorisers or special machinery. The treatment method will be decided by our technician, after the initial assessment.
Carpet Dry Cleaning
This service includes a carpet assessment, vacuum, stain treatment and clean and deodorise. Using a low moisture cleaning Cymex machine, this cleaning process involves breaking down any soils, stains and dirt away from the carpet fibres and encapsulating these particles in a crystallised form, which is then more easily removed by dry vacuuming. This is more commonly used in commercial premises, however, it can be used for domestic application.
*Note: A combination of these two cleaning methods may be required for extremely stained and soiled carpets.
Leather Cleaning
This service includes a leather surface assessment, light vacuum of all areas, application and full clean using a special leather cleaning product to remove as much dirt as possible. We then apply a moisturising agent to all surfaces of the leather to maintain and improve the softness and suppleness of the hide.
The final step is the application of a protective solution that helps to prevent against any future detrimental effects of daily use. It is recommend to have your leather lounge cleaned every 3-6 months, depending on use, to ensure your lounge stays in top condition.
Rugs, Mats and Mattress Cleaning
This service includes stain assessment and treatment, vacuum, clean and deodorise. Our technician use either a hot water extraction or encapsulation method to ensure optimal results. Suitable for both domestic and commercial application.
Additional Comments
Some furniture, such as coffee tables, armchairs and beside tables etc., will be moved during treatments as required.
